GH Consultants closes the gap between the people who plan projects, the people who build them, and the people who document and market them. Here, those are the same team.

We are a technology-driven project-solutions company serving San Antonio and Central Texas. Clients come to us with a property, a budget, and a problem — an aging roof, a vacant suite, a community that needs a capital improvement plan, a building that needs to lease. We advise on the path, manage the delivery, and hand back a completed project with the documentation and media to prove it.

Construction is delivered through two divisions. Creative Builders handles commercial and residential construction, from roofing and concrete to interior rehabilitation and finish-outs. Fair Quote Construction brings general contracting and disciplined project management — estimating, scheduling, construction coordination, and quality control.

Alongside the crews sits a full documentation and media division: FAA-certified drone operations, 4K virtual tour capture, project documentation, and professional video and photography. That division works on its own too — plenty of our documentation clients have never hired us to build anything.

Joseph Allen Martinez brings 15+ years of experience across construction operations, general contracting, commercial projects, business development, media production, public relations, and technology. His academic background is multidisciplinary, with studies in Anthropology, Public Relations, Science, and Physics. He has worked as an editor and videographer for SA Monthly, and has extensive involvement with the Rey Feo Scholarship Foundation, including board-level participation. He is an FAA-certified drone operator.

David Eric Medrano brings 15+ years of construction and general contracting experience spanning general contracting, commercial and residential construction, project management, estimating, construction coordination, field operations, and quality control — alongside technology, film, video production, editing, and project documentation. He holds a Bachelor's Degree with studies in Computer Science and Film. He is an FAA-certified drone operator.
